Surprise Proposal on a “Photo Shoot” in Olive Park!
Breanna worked for a Chicago wedding florist, Avant Gardenia. Jenna, the owner, had told her that they were participating in a styled shoot. It was to be a quick one around sunset at Olive Park, and they had to build the arch on the spot. Lauryn of Photography by Lauryn arrived early to document the set-up so she wouldn’t be suspicious – the perfect cover story!
Lauryn says: “The entire time, I was in constant contact with Alex so that I could cue him when we were ready. He was at the front of the park the entire time! I played it off that the models were stuck in traffic (which was not unusual or suspicious) and Jenna took that as a chance to let her staff take headshots. This is how I was able to get Breanna up at the altar by herself. Right before putting her into the gorgeous floral setting, I sent Alex a text to start walking over.
