The Proposal
A “Love Letters” journal sat next to the bed, awaiting Dan’s reply to a sappy note I had written. For weeks there was no response, even though I would regularly leave it on his pillow as a not-so-subtle reminder. On this Sunday, as we got ready for date night (dinner and a Foo Fighters concert at Wrigley Field), Dan finally penciled in his message – the ultimate love note. “Will You Marry Me?” I turned around to find him on one knee. YES!

The Wedding Vision
Our wedding vision was whimsical and romantic, but a party nonetheless. Each guest’s place setting had a beautiful custom L&D lollipop. We also had a “The Baldinos” neon sign hung above our sweetheart table. It really took the room flip from formal to fun.
All of our vendors were absolutely incredible – we truly had a dream team. Our planner Olivia helped the day flow flawlessly. Our photographer Alex captured every special moment impeccably, the food from Hearty Boys was unbelievable and the decor by Atmosphere Event Group took my breath away. I could not have asked for more.
