Stunning Industrial Wedding Finally Happens After COVID Postponement at The Brix on the Fox. Like many 2020 couples, Elise and Joe postponed their October 2020 wedding to April 2021. They didn’t want to get legally married and then celebrate. They patiently waited the extra months for their big day to arrive. As the day came closer, their guests were getting vaccinated, restrictions started to loosen, and Elise and Joe had their perfect wedding day! Photographed by Zachera Photo and coordinated by Amanda Paige Events, this is one not to miss!
The Bride’s Vision
“Elise was a visionary bride! She had BIG ideas for layout and all of her decor! The layout was a non-traditional “bicycle spoke” with long tables and the cake in the middle. Although she tried to stay with a white and green color palette, Elise wanted to be daring and different with pops of beige and orange roses as well as incorporating pampas grass into her bouquets. Her two biggest decor dreams came true: the baby’s breath and white rose cloud that hung above the head table and her “The Augustines” neon sign that truly made a statement all evening.”-Amanda Paige Events

Our Favorite Details
We love a wedding day that includes nods to the couple’s style. We will always be team “do you!” So seeing the bride’s personal style shine in her bridal glam, done by The Bridal Beauty Team, we just can’t get enough! Elise’s soft waves and touch of bling will never go out of style! Joe and Elise’s style shone bright in their floral choices as well, by Designs by Janet. We are loving the touches of baby breath mixed in with the grass touches in the bouquets. It is obvious that personal style was very important to the wedding aesthetic.
The Groom’s Vision
“Joe was all about the dance floor and lighting! The reason they chose their venue, The Brix on the Fox, was because of their large dance floor and incredible light display. This wedding was not going to happen until they got the all-clear that the dance floor could happen!”-Amanda Paige Events. We are huge fans of the custom neon sign, by Howdy Dudey Neon that donned the couples last name and served as a centerpiece of their reception decor.
Advice from the Couple
“Planning a wedding right now is more stressful than ever. There is so much unknown and so many situations that we had no idea we would be dealing with when we got engaged. At the end of the day – your wedding will end up perfect. If you have confidence in your team, trust in your vision and have good people by your side along the way you absolutely cannot go wrong.
Also, remember that you have so much to look forward to once your day is over! You get to just enjoy being married and soak in an overwhelming sense of calm knowing that you just pulled off what felt impossible and brought everyone you love together for one of the happiest moments possible.”-Elise & Joe
