The perfect choice for two craft beer drinkers? A brewery wedding! Matt and Daisy’s Revolution Brewing wedding is the perfect mix of fun and tradition. Daisy paired a BHLDN gown with Doc Marten boots, guests were treated to Revolution beers upon arrival, and their personal wedding ceremony was officiated by Matt’s brother. Their sweet and authentic wedding was beautifully captured by Ebby L Photography.
Our Love Story
We met 8 years ago playing ultimate frisbee with friends! I was 16 and he was 21 so no one was quite interested yet. A few years later we linked up again and quickly realized we were soul mates and fell hard for each other pretty fast.
On my 23rd birthday party, I was having a huge party with family and friends at Imperial Oak. Apparently everyone knew it was our engagement party! Matt had a balloon game for me to play in front of everyone. My nickname is D Money, so the balloons were filled with money and eggs filled with more money. I had to break open the balloons with my hands in under a minute but someone gave me a knife so it all happened very quickly. I was opening the eggs and decided to open the gold one first. As soon as I opened it, I saw the ring and quickly gave it to him. He got down on one knee and asked if I would marry him. The first thing I said was “Did my parents say it was okay?” Everyone started laughing and both of my parents screamed “Yes!”, so I said “Yes” to Matt!
A Wedding at Revolution Brewing
We are big craft beer drinkers and visit a lot of breweries, so a wedding at Revolution Brewing was a perfect choice! We really loved the barrels and how you didn’t need a lot of decor to make the space unique. Our vision was a simple and fun wedding with good music.
