Magical Vendor Team
When vendors come together to make a vision come to life; it’s a magical thing! Styled shoots are a way for vendors to show off their creative juices and showcase some new ideas they might want to highlight to new clients. Often, these shoots are a fantastic way to collaborate and do something outside of the wedding season and client requests. The team for this session killed it! The invitations and stationary, by Emery Ann Design, tapped into the romance with hand ripped paper, custom floral wax seals and ribbons that allowed for layering and custom touches. The floral element was something that was carried through each piece of the design. Ordinary Seed spread her wings and brought design to a whole new level with pieces like the ceremony arch, the installment above the table, the acrylic floating welcome sign and the custom floral ice cubes for toasting!
Sweet Touches
When planning this shoot with Wedicity, it was important to bring a sense of upscale romance to an otherwise fun and colorful feel. That romance was brought in through different elements. The cake, designed by Coco & Eve Cakes, featured stunning sugar florals atop four different tiers. Each tier highlighted a different skill, pearls, lace, texture, etc. The talent is off the charts. We can only imagine how yummy this cake would be for guests!
Nadia’s Studio provided calligraphy name plates for the place settings on the table. On glass, they contained pressed live florals that fed right into the illusion of florals in the welcome sign. It was pure magic!
The table came together beautifully with rentals provided by Tablescapes Chicago. The mother of pearl flatware was a romantic touch that elevated the chargers and amber goblets. FS Linens finished off the look by providing a subtle textured table linen and napkins that were different colors to keep things fun and modern.
Life of the Party
What’s a styled shoot without a couple and some attendants? The Balanced Pair, Allie and Joe, gave their model behavior showcasing some stunning fashion. Volles Bridal provided the wedding gown and jewelry that was complete with romantic sleeves that can be played up for ceremony, but be removed for party time! Joe met Allie’s look in his Mr. Tux Formalwear suit. Peep that live floral pocket square! Allie brought some of her ladies along to model some bridesmaid gowns from Wish Upon a Dress. The fashion brought this design full circle!
When choosing a beauty look, it was important to match the sophisticated romance while still maintaining that air of fun. Feeling Pretty Inc. made Allie and her ladies shine with glowy makeup looks and light updos. The touch of pearls scattered across Allie’s bridal look was *chefs kiss*
