More about DJ Bryen Hall
In 2004, Bryen discovered his love for mixing music. What started as a hobby between he and a handful of friends sparked a passionate, entrepreneurial side of Bryen. At the age of 16, he negotiated deals with local Chicagoland area retailers who sold his mix CD’s in their stores and digitally.
Recognizing that he had a true passion and talent for DJing, Bryen attended Columbia College of Chicago to pursue a degree in Broadcast Journalism. Bryen’s path took a turn when he realized he had an innate desire to help educate the youth of his beloved Chicago. Bryen shifted gears and pursued a career in education, and by day, he now teaches high school social studies at a Chicago Public School.
Of course, by night, Bryen is still making sure dance floors around Chicago are jam-packed and filled with high energy dance sets. From weddings to private events, Bryen takes great pride in having a wide array of styles to fit whatever the audience needs to get them moving.
In 2019, 10% of profits will be donated to After School Matters, an organization that offers opportunities to Chicago teens in the arts, communication, sports, science and technology to assist them in developing marketable job skills.
